Life certificate
In order for the pension insurance fund to check whether you are still alive and continue to be entitled to your pension, it may require you to provide a so-called life certificate. You can
provide this proof in two ways:
- Using a special form that is certified by an authorized body (e.g., a government agency or authority) or
- Digitally, using a special procedure for electronic proof of life.
We are happy to be there for you in person, but only work by appointment. Book an appointment quickly and easily online in the appointment calendar at the citizens' office or the local administrations.
