The local administration in Bierstadt is also responsible for the local districts of Erbenheim, Heßloch, Igstadt and Kloppenheim.

It is possible to pay by EC card.

From May 1, 2025, photographs for passports and ID cards will only be taken digitally. The photo can be taken by certified photographers. Paper-based passport photos can no longer be accepted due to the change in the law. Further information can be found here (opens in a new tab).
