The Bierstadt local administration office is also responsible for the districts of Erbenheim, Heßloch, Igstadt, and Kloppenheim.

Starting May 1, 2025, photos for passports and ID cards will be taken exclusively in digital format. The photo may be taken by certified photographers. Due to the change in the law, paper-based passport photos can no longer be accepted.
