You are also welcome to request an appointment via email at: hotline-ortsverwaltungenwiesbadende. Please include your name and phone number. If you need to cancel an appointment, you may also do so via email. Please include your name, date, time, and local administration office.

Note

Starting in May 2025, photos for passports and ID cards will be taken exclusively in digital format. The photo must be taken by a certified photographer. Due to the change in the law, paper-based passport photos can no longer be accepted. Further information can be found here (opens in a new tab).
