You are also welcome to send us an appointment request to the e-mail address: hotline-ortsverwaltungenwiesbadende. Please include your name and telephone number. If you need to cancel an appointment, you can also do this by e-mail. Please state your name, day, time and local authority.

It is possible to pay by EC card.

Please note

From May 1, 2025, photographs for passports and ID cards will only be taken digitally. The photo can be taken by certified photographers. Paper-based passport photos can no longer be accepted due to the change in the law. Further information can be found here (opens in a new tab).
