You are also welcome to send us an appointment request to the e-mail address: hotline-ortsverwaltungenwiesbadende. Please include your name and telephone number. If you need to cancel an appointment, you can also do so by e-mail. Please state your name, day, time and local authority.

It is possible to pay by EC card.

Note:
From May 1, 2025, photographs for passports and ID cards will only be taken digitally. The photo can be taken by certified photographers. Paper-based passport photos can no longer be accepted due to the change in the law. Further information can be found here (opens in a new tab).
