Please provide your name and phone number. If you need to cancel an appointment, you are also welcome to do so via email. Please include your name, date, time, and local administration office.

The Breckenheim Local Administration (Registry Office) is also responsible for marriages in the Medenbach district.

Note

Starting May 1, 2025, photos for passports and ID cards will be taken exclusively in digital format. The photo must be taken by a certified photographer. Due to the change in the law, paper-based passport photos can no longer be accepted.
