The Medenbach Local Administration is the central point of contact for residents of the state capital, Wiesbaden. We are here to assist you with a wide range of concerns, services, and administrative matters, and we ensure that important municipal services are provided reliably and with a focus on the needs of residents.

 We are your point of contact for:

• General administrative matters
• Registration office and identification documents
• Cemetery matters for the Medenbach Cemetery
• Booking the Medenbach Community Center   
• Office of the Medenbach Local Advisory Council

As the local administration, we see ourselves as a service-oriented and citizen-focused administrative office. Our goal is to serve as a point of contact for residents, to make administrative processes easy to understand, and to handle requests competently, reliably, and with a focus on service.

Our local administration office is open for in-person visits during the following hours:

Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Payment by debit card is preferred.

Note

Since May 2025, photos for passports and ID cards have been taken exclusively in digital format. The photo must be taken by a certified photographer. Due to the change in the law, paper-based passport photos can no longer be accepted.
