Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

You are also welcome to request an appointment via email at: hotline-ortsverwaltungenwiesbadende. Please include your name and phone number. If you need to cancel an appointment, you may do so via email as well. Please include your name, date, time, and local administration office.

You can pay with an EC card.

The Sonnenberg local administration office is also responsible for the Rambach district.

Note

Starting May 1, 2025, photos for passports and ID cards will be taken exclusively in digital format. The photo must be taken by a certified photographer. Due to this change in the law, paper-based passport photos can no longer be accepted. You can find further information here (opens in a new tab).
