During the summer, mobile ice cream vending carts are part of the street scene. In order to comply with the provisions of the Trade Regulations (especially itinerant trade) and the Shop Closure Act, a corresponding permit is required, which in particular regulates the possible operating hours (including Sundays and public holidays).
