What is the training radar?

Companies can register on the industry-neutral talent-sharing platform and refer applicants for apprenticeships whom they cannot hire to other companies. To do so, they generate a referral link via the platform, which they send to the candidates along with a rejection letter. On the other hand, companies that still have open apprenticeship positions can use the Apprenticeship Radar to find potential candidates from the region.

The Wiesbaden & Rheingau-Taunus Training Radar thus helps ensure that talented young professionals seeking an apprenticeship do not move to other regions but remain in the local training market. At the same time, small and medium-sized enterprises in particular are supported in recruiting young talent.

How does the training radar work?

In addition to the rejection, selected applicants receive a recommendation link to the training radar and can use it to create a profile with their personal details to search for a training place. This means that only invited applicants can register on the platform.

On the other hand, companies from the region that are still looking for trainees can use search filters on the platform to find suitable candidates and contact them at the touch of a button.

After making contact, applicants may go through a shortened application process at the company.

Interested companies receive further information and access data for the platform by sending an email to ausbildungsradarwiesbadende.
