The Bibo family is the sixth generation of the Bur family to run their winery, which represents over 150 years of winegrowing history. Here, guests can enjoy excellent Riesling and Burgundy wines, as well as the opportunity to create their own individual experience program with wine tastings, snacks and carriage rides in and around Kiedrich in the Rheingau. The Bur winery now cultivates eight hectares of vineyards with total dedication and maintains the characteristic wooden barrel tradition when ageing its wines. Incidentally, the name "Bur" is a nickname passed down through the generations and actually stands for "farmer" or "winegrower".
