Delayed invoice processing and limited ability to provide information

The Cash and Tax Office will be closed from December 24 to 31, 2025.

Due to a change in the central financial software, a delay in processing invoices to the state capital of Wiesbaden must be expected at the turn of the year.

In this context, no information can be provided by the tax department, financial accounting and payment advice from December 19, 2025 to January 5, 2026 .

We therefore ask you to refrain from telephone inquiries and visits.

Inquiries by email are of course possible, but may not be answered until the new year.

The Tax and Revenue Office asks for your understanding in this regard.
