Founders: Norbert Stadler and Benedikt R. Hart
Date founded: February 4, 2026
Industry: Management consulting / HR consulting in the healthcare sector
What drives you? What is your motto?
Good decisions stem from clarity, experience, and the courage to take responsibility
What is your startup about, and what makes it special?
We help healthcare organizations attract the right people for key positions and act with strategic confidence. Our 360° search combines personalized outreach with AI-powered processes and data-driven management. This makes the search faster, more targeted, and significantly more effective than traditional approaches.
What are your initial successes?
Among our first successes is that we were able to build trust in the market early on and have already secured our first mandates. It was particularly motivating for us to execute specific job postings and see that our approach resonates directly with clients and works in practice.
What is your professional background?
We both come from corporate and HR consulting and previously worked in the healthcare sector for several years. Norbert worked in a clinical setting, and Benedikt in emergency medical services. This combination of practical experience and consulting showed us how crucial good staffing decisions are—and ultimately led us to take the step toward self-employment.
What prompted you to start your own company?
The impetus to start the company came from observing that traditional HR consulting in the healthcare sector often no longer fits today’s challenges—neither in terms of speed nor pricing structure. At the same time, we recognized the potential of AI and automation. This led to our goal of developing a more modern, efficient, and transparent approach.
Who advised you, and who are your supporters and mentors?
We received support primarily through expert consulting. Legal guidance was provided by an attorney, particularly regarding contract drafting and the company’s formation. Additionally, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) supported us through its startup advisory services and provided important insights for structuring the project.
How did you experience your first days as founders?
The first few days were a mix of excitement and responsibility. Many decisions had to be made simultaneously, and much was new—and that’s exactly what motivated us. What was particularly memorable was the feeling of making our own decisions and seeing, step by step, how an idea turned into a real company
What was your biggest challenge, and how did you overcome it?
The biggest challenge was managing many tasks simultaneously—from the company’s founding and positioning to acquiring our first customers. We overcame this through clear priorities, structured processes, and the courage to make decisions and take action even with limited information.
How do you draw attention to your company? What is your best marketing idea?
We rely on a combination of our personal network, LinkedIn, our website, and targeted direct mail. Especially in the healthcare sector, many decision-makers still value the traditional approach. Our best marketing strategy is therefore the combination of digital visibility and direct, personal outreach.
How did you secure funding for your startup?
We financed the startup using our own funds. It was important to us to start out independent from the very beginning and with a solid, realistic plan that allows for entrepreneurial flexibility.
What dream do you still want to realize?
To build a company that stands for quality, reliability, and real impact in the healthcare sector.
Please complete the following sentence: If I had more time, I/we would... work even more intensively on new solutions.
What is your special tip: What would you recommend to other founders?
A solid business plan and a lean cost structure are crucial—focus and discipline pay off, especially in the beginning.
