Description of the property
Wiesbaden's "Harbourside" can be created directly at the Schiersteiner Hafen by reorganizing and further developing an as yet undeveloped brownfield site. High-quality office space is to be realized on three building plots, preserving the historic harbour atmosphere and completing the harbour promenade in an architecturally sophisticated way.

High-quality open spaces will also be created which, in addition to making optimum use of the site areas, will also allow the maritime flair to be experienced and provide an unrestricted view of the harbour. The new "Harbourside" development is located in Wiesbaden's Schierstein district and has ideal connections to the region's most important traffic hub - the Schiersteiner Kreuz junction. The A66 and A671 highways can be reached in less than five minutes. Frankfurt Airport is just 25 kilometers away and can be reached quickly and easily by car or train. The main railway station can be reached in just ten minutes, and there are public transport stops within walking distance of the Schiersteiner Hafen on Rheingaustraße and Storchenallee. Well-known industrial and service companies are among the prestigious neighbors.
